This has been by far my five year old's favorite game. He doesn't play a lot of games, and is sometimes intimidated by complicated games. But from the moment we started, he knew exactly what he needed to do to play. I wouldn't consider this an educational game, but it was fun for him. The use of the wiimote was simple and the characters were familiar. I would give this 5 stars, if the game was a bit longer. Over several days, he probably played between 3-4 hours before he completed it.
