My son suggested that we buy the newer wii rock band game set with the beatles game. however, it has been impossible to find. so we bought the game alone and then bought this game set. the original idea was to have an electronic drum set for my husband, who used to play drums. but he isn't loving it much. and it is true that the guitar and drums don't sound like "real ones" most of the time. but I like it, prefer the guitar and the free jam is pretty cool. I can actually play the game if I practice a lot! but that's ok, because now I can play with my adult children, who love these games and also my granddaughter who loves it and fancies herself a rock star singer!
