EA Sports Active Order Now


I am addicted to Wii Fitness & Sports so my I hope my reviw is helpful.
Pro's: You will have a great workout
The trainer motivation is good; gives you feed back when you're doing good and bad (which is what a personal trainer will do)
The sports are great, you have the fitness & sports to keep it fun.
Has a Journal for you to input your food intake; which helps to keep you consious of what you eat and give you feedback. Which is good you must log it. For me it helps me to be accountable. So, I make a consious decision on most days to eat the right food.
You can earn Trophies; if you are competitive; its a great motivator. For me, I try to work hard & meet my goals so I can get some new trophies. Once, I have not earned I try and earn them by working out harder and more hours.

Con's: Sometimes the remotes have a delay in doing the excersises. You must hold them correctly at all times
No abs
Hard on your back (however, you can adjust the level of intensity or take off excerise; if you're not able to do it at that time.
The band that comes with the game is not good. However, I use another resistant band I had. As I've gone through the 30 day challenge several times now. I use dumbells to add resistance to my excersise & not use the band at all. You still have to use the remote & since I started using my 3lb dumbells; 2 wks ago; my arms are looking much tighter already.Get more detail about EA Sports Active.
