The gel material is really comfortable. The only problem is during heavy action when they come right off the thumb sticks. I guess you could glue them on to alleviate the problem, but I would think this would have been addressed during development. I'd love to use them, but stopping for a half second during a heated hockey game or MW2 match to remove the curled up gel tab is not acceptable.
